Cancellation Policy

✨ Cancellation Policy✨ We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the cancelled appointment. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment, as time was reserved just for you. We uphold this policy due to the fact that there is a chance that we will unfortunately not be able to book in another client in order to fill the gap left in the day from your cancellation. We value your time, and ours too! By respecting this policy, you help us serve all clients more efficiently 💖 If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out! 💸 Late Payment Policy: Payments are due at the end of each appointment. If your payment isn’t received within 48 hours, a $20 late fee will be added to your invoice. After 7 days, an extra 2% per week will apply until the balance is paid. Please note: No new appointments can be booked until all outstanding invoices are cleared. Thank you for respecting my time and helping keep the glam flow smooth for everyone 💕💅
